Enigma Media is a fast-growing national media agency, and we're looking for a Media Executive (media planning & buying) to join our Newcastle office.

Enigma Media is also part of an 80+ staff full-service agency with media, strategy, branding, design and production all in-house. Our Newcastle office is Enigma Media HQ but with an agency in Sydney we stay connected to the media industry across Australia. Our centralised media teams plan and buy all media channels Nationally across our diverse client base.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in media planning and buying and a genuine passion for all things advertising from traditional channels such as TV, Outdoor and Radio, to data-led digital media.

The Role:
As a Media Executive, you will support the delivery of innovative and effective media solutions across a diverse range of clients. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in the end-to-end execution of media campaigns, including:
* Assisting with media planning and implementation
* Media buying across all channels including Digital, TV, Radio and Outdoor
* Campaign reporting and analysis
* Invoicing and financial accuracy
* Process media bookings and manage campaign implementation, loading and invoicing
* Work closely with different creative agencies ensuring creative assets are delivered on time and to the right spec
* Analysing data and trends to make recommendations to improve campaign performance
* Ensuring all paid digital activity is tracking well, pacing efficiently, and meeting or exceeding set KPIs
* Analyse analytics & client data to perform optimisations across campaigns to improve client results
* Build relationships with clients and ensure all campaigns are implemented in a timely manner
* Communicate with media owners on a daily basis / buying and negotiating media inventory
* Work with the Media Manager to refine and improve the client strategies and overall campaign results
You'll play an important role in the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered with accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* 2–4 years' experience in a media agency or fast-paced agency environment
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and time management abilities
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* A genuine interest in building a long-term career in media
* A passion for the media industry
* An ability to work well under pressure
You would ideally have exposure to the following tools and platforms will be highly regarded:
* SpectraMD and Roy Morgan Asteroid
* Digital platforms: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform / DV360
* Excel, PowerPoint,
