As a Catering Attendant, you are an integral part of our operations, working across various areas to deliver exceptional dining experiences for airline customers.
In the Stores Team, you will coordinate a safe, sanitized, and hygienic environment for receiving, storage, and work-in-progress areas. We take food safety very seriously.
A typical day may involve:
* Handling fresh food and ingredients in bulk, moving them through sanitation stations to ensure presentation specifications are met.
* Assisting Chefs with unpacking and handling items with care, avoiding bruising or spoiling produce.
* Cleaning and maintaining work areas within Stores, including equipment, benches, storage racks, fridges, and freezer compartments.
* Compliance with Food Safety guidelines and adherence to strict hygiene standards and cleaning schedules.
Key requirements include:
* Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
* Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to follow English instructions.
* Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move, and lift items safely.
* Flexibility to work shifts across 7 days.
* Time punctuality and neat appearance.
