About This Role
This role presents an opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for delivering technical support for live events across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site IT support for various events and ensure seamless operations
* Bespoke IT solutions to meet the requirements of diverse events
* Administer and maintain ticketing IT infrastructure and access control systems
* Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and respond to urgent technical needs
Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess hands-on experience in L1/L2 support environments, preferably with field service or multi-site support experience. Your skillset should encompass Windows 10/11 administration, point-of-sale system management, and VPN technologies.
You will also be required to work effectively under tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in JIRA ticketing systems and Cisco networking fundamentals is highly desirable.
