Job Title: Warehouse & Production Parts Coordinator
Industry leader in specialized truck manufacturing is seeking a detail-focused and driven professional to join our dynamic team at the Gold Coast.
Job Description:
This is a shared role, split approximately 70% warehouse coordination and 30% after-sales administration. You will play a vital part in ensuring our production lines run smoothly by managing parts and supporting the after-sales process, including vehicle registration and compliance documentation.
* Receive, check, and book in all incoming parts using inventory management systems.
* Ensure accurate matching of parts with purchase orders.
* Allocate and book out parts to production builds.
* Liaise with the production team to meet build schedule needs.
* Operate a forklift to unload, store, and organize parts.
* Maintain stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and support stocktake activities.
* Assist with identifying and managing obsolete or slow-moving stock.
* Support the after-sales team with truck delivery documentation.
* Prepare and coordinate vehicle registration and compliance paperwork.
* Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders for smooth post-sale delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of compliance and after-sales documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in warehousing, production support, or parts coordination.
