Job Description:
* We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and client support that keeps operations running smoothly.
* You will collaborate with our dynamic sales team, coordinating account activities, including rate reviews, contract renewals, tenders, and reporting.
* Your key responsibilities will include creating and delivering accurate performance reports (DIFOT, KPIs) to stakeholders, managing service escalations with professionalism and urgency, and maintaining customer data and contact hierarchies in Salesforce CRM.
* You will also support onboarding and service requests, such as redirections and returns, and collaborate on performance reviews and improvement initiatives.
* Additionally, you will ensure rate and charge accuracy across internal systems and identify opportunities to improve reporting and support processes.
Requirements:
* Experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, or account management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus.
* Understanding of transport/logistics operations is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
* Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Able to work independently and within a collaborative team.
