About the Role We are currently seeking to recruit a People Services Partner to join our dedicated team.
The role may be part time (4 days per week) or full time and reports directly to the General Manager Clinical and People Services.
It is a generalist HR role that covers all operational people functions, including payroll, rostering, recruitment, retention, learning and development, performance management, and industrial relations.
A key priority will be leading the implementation of new Human Resource software solutions.
You will have Proven expertise in project and change management, with a history of implementing initiatives to achieve positive organisational outcomes.
Outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship building at all levels of the organisation.
Experience supporting and guiding leaders and employees.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Hands on experience in a similar role.
A big heart and a strengths based approach to people leadership.
Key Responsibilities Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development.
Oversee performance, learning and development, HR systems, payroll, rostering, and reporting.
Manage employee relations, compliance, and risk.
Promote engagement, wellbeing, and an inclusive culture.
Deliver training programs and maintain WHS standards.
Provide insights through HR analytics and stakeholder engagement.
