Main Responsibilities:
* Lead frontline teams, promoting clear communication and shared goals.
* Identify skill gaps to enhance employee capabilities.
* Address staffing challenges to meet business requirements.
* Mentor teams to ensure policy compliance.
* Supervise staff and volunteers on complex tasks.
* Implement procurement and finance policies effectively.
* Balance budget and resource needs.
* Develop strong networks with stakeholders.
* Coordinate service delivery with corporate initiatives.
* Work closely with corporate services like Finance, IT, and WHS.
* Manage cross-functional challenges.

Key Requirements:
* A degree or equivalent experience in business, human services, or a related field.
* Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing operational alignment between corporate and service functions.
