* Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, addressing first-level technical queries and guiding them toward effective solutions.
* Monitor market needs, gather field information, and share insights with the team to contribute to future developments.
* Assist the Head of Sales by forwarding quote requests, coordinating follow-ups to finalize orders, and concluding deals.
