Your duties will include but are not limited to: Raising purchase orders (SAP R3/S4) Processing goods receipting weekly Preparing vendor invoices and billing reports Managing payroll using SAP/Kronos Assisting with reporting and data entry General admin support as required What You Will Need Cert III in Business Administration (highly desirable) 2 years admin experience SAP experience (R3/S4 desirable) Kronos, G-Suite, or Ariba experience (desirable) Strong organisation and time management skills High attention to detail Clear communication skills Ability to prioritise and work independently Whats In It For You Attractive working hours - 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday Supportive and collaborative team Ongoing training and development Potential temp-perm conversion for the right candidate.
