Monadelphous is seeking a motivated Entry Level Engineer to support a major project through both its planning and execution phases. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing engineer to gain hands-on experience across multiple project functions while working with a highly respected industry leader. You will begin in our Brisbane office, assisting with planning and preparation before transitioning to site for project execution.

Execution Phase: Mobilise mid-May | Site-based | 2/2 roster

Key Responsibilities
* Support and coordinate site support functions (Quality, Technical, Planning, Commercial).
* Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
* Manage project data, reporting, and commercial documentation.
* Support tender submissions and execution phases.
* Coordinate work pack reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness and alignment with project requirements.
* Participate in client and contractor meetings, offering practical solutions.
What you will bring
* Australian recognised tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
* Experience working in an on-site engineering position, servicing the resources sector (graduate or early-career experience welcomed).
* Strong, clear written and technical skills.
* Motivated and proactive approach, with an eagerness to learn.
* Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
* A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
* Proof of right to work in Australia.
