Our clients include businesses from a range of industries across retail, manufacturing, property, and professional services through to health and not for profit. Your impact As an Analyst in our Relationship Management team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting both new and existing clients. You’ll work closely with Relationship Executives and Product Specialists to coordinate deal execution, manage client onboarding, and reporting. This is a unique opportunity to blend analytical expertise with hands-on client engagement. Do work that matters Your role will specifically involve: Coordinating deal execution from documentation through to funding, including post-approval tasks Supporting client onboarding including AML/KYC verification and compliance processes Performance monitoring and annual reviews for existing clients, and reporting of client financial and operational performance to Risk Management Providing comprehensive support across various service and account management activities. Liaising with internal teams (Risk, Lending Services, Product Specialists) to deliver solutions Participating in sales and service frameworks including team meetings and business development activities Delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to positive client satisfaction outcomes What are we looking for? We’re seeking a proactive Analyst with strong commercial acumen and a passion for client service. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to develop your skills across both analytical and relationship management domains.
