About The Home

About The Opportunity
As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Administration Officer, our hardworking team and the wonderful residents and their families with the day to day running of our busy aged care home. With no two days the same, we are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated Administration Officer to join our team at Menora. This role will primarily focus on

role, Monday to Friday.
To be successful, you will have
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
Complete a NDIS workers check and/or Police check
Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain during flu season)
Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable)
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases and Admission Systems
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
