The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is recruiting for a Parliamentary Executive Level 1 Agile Project Manager within Library Collections and Systems. The Agile Project Manager (PEL1) role sits within the Library Collections and Systems Branch, delivering critical digital systems and innovative projects for the Parliamentary Library. You will lead ICT and Library projects, manage Agile delivery using Azure DevOps, and support adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices in the Library. You will manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. You will oversee sprint cycles and Agile workflows, driving collaboration and continuous improvement across teams. You will build productive relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and parliamentary departments to keep projects aligned and successful. This role offers the chance to deliver solutions that make parliamentary services more efficient and impactful. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering complex ICT and/or Library projects. You will be confident managing multiple streams of work with competing priorities, using Agile methodologies. You will be an effective communicator and facilitator, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and vendors and experienced in navigating government procurement processes.
