- We're looking for a Transformation Manager to join a new PMO unit, as part of the Strategy, Infrastructure and Housing Department. The first of many hands on projects will be the implementationof a new quality system. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying key milestones and underpinning tasks to ensure projects are well planned to mitigate any risks
- Ensuring sound risk management governance and principles are applied for business transformation projects
- Leading developing and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensuring business transformation initiatives and projects implement change management principles
- Supporting the identification and delivery of initiatives to address cultural alignment post Go Live, bed down the change, and the successful transition from current to future state operating environment
- Timely reporting and measuring business outcomes in relation to productivity, efficiency and savings
- Providing input, documenting requirements and supporting the design and delivery of holistic learning programs
- Supporting the design, development, delivery and management of communications
- When not working from the support office in Hawthorn East, this position will visit residential homes, home care offices, and other service areas across Victoria.
**We're looking for someone with**:
- Experience in transformation projects, including a proven history to not only deliver to timelines and budgets, but successfully embed the project and change into the organisation
- Well-developed skills for building relationships, leading others through a change, and moving towards a common vision
- Trainings and experience in Change Management, including evaluating change risk and leading and promoting continuous improvement in change
- Strong familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecylce
- Experience in aged care, health care, community services or government desirable
