Jr PMO Scheduler - A Key Role in Project Execution

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using PERT and Critical Path analysis.
* Maintain essential project management artefacts, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM), ensuring accurate representation of project work.
* Assist in preparing monthly reporting inputs and contribute to Earned Value Management (EVM) methods for effective project tracking and reporting.
* Perform schedule risk analysis and actively participate in the Risk & Opportunity process to mitigate project risks and capitalise on potential opportunities.
* Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to foster a cooperative work environment and ensure adherence to project management processes, driving project success.
Your Skills:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Planning and Project Management.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the project management lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
* Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) for tracking project performance and managing budgets.
* Skills with scheduling tools such as Primavera and Microsoft Project for effective project scheduling.
* Experience in financial/budgetary control of work packages and control accounts to ensure project viability.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
A Defence security clearance is required for this role. Applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
