We are seeking sales assistants to join our Elizabeth outlet store. As a Christmas Sales Assistant, you will be the face of the brand, providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring every customer leaves the store happy.
You will work closely with the team to deliver sales targets, process stock, and maintain a visually appealing store display. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
* Using initiative and thinking on your feet to resolve customer queries
* Communicating clearly and positively with customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous customer service experience in a fashion retail environment
* Ability to use initiative and think on your feet
* Clear and upbeat communication skills
* A passion for retail and customer service
* Flexibility to work weekends, weekdays, and throughout the Christmas period, including Boxing Day and New Year's Day
