Project Support Role
The Project Assistant supports the operations team with administrative tasks, data management, and general support in vessel service visits and day-to-day operations. The role works closely with the operations team to gather project information and data, ensuring administrative efficiency and closeout of quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain accurate systems and registers according to project requirements.
* Provide high-level administration support fostering an environment of efficiency, accuracy, and priority order.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports in line with industry standards and project requirements.
* Assist Operations and Admin teams with general administration duties.
Requirements:
* Hold a Construction safety induction (white card) or be able to obtain one.
* Working experience in an Administrative/Project Support role and/or Diploma in Business Office Administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with positive and professional interactions.
* Strong time management and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
