You’ll take full ownership of the Bundaberg branch, shaping performance, safety, culture, and customer experience to be safe, efficient, profitable, customer‑first, and aligned. You will have real ownership and visibility as a high‑impact leader.
Responsibilities
* Drive commercial outcomes and influence local strategy.
* Lead a major operational integration.

* A proven transport or logistics leader who thrives in change.
* Commercially sharp, operationally strong, and confident owning results.
* Experience building teams that perform, leading from the front, and bringing people together through transformation.
