About the engagement:
Green Light is seeking motivated Radio Communication Technicians based in rural WA and Perth for this work. You will be part of the Field Services team responsible for designing and guiding the technical implementation of government and commercial communications system solutions, leveraging new technologies and approaches sourced from both inside and outside of enterprise solutions.

AMCA cabling license is required. Open Cable Rego, WSAH trained, HRWL/EWP etc. CAT DSS is highly regarded. The Technicians must have a current, valid driver's license and no traffic violations.

Responsibilities:

* Performing installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication equipment, including repeaters, mobiles, handheld radios, microwave and PVT LTE infrastructure
* Fault-finding, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of the communications networks.
* Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance on telecommunication systems
* Programming Digital Radios and Repeaters.
* Documenting work performed and maintaining detailed records of all telecommunication assets
* Providing technical support and training to end-users as required
* Collaborating with the IT and engineering teams to implement new telecommunication technologies and solutions

About you:

* Demonstrated expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of RF, MW, LTE and Digital Radio telecommunications equipment
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
* Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
* Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety procedures
* A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to client sites as required
* Ability to pass drug and alcohol screens
* Australian work rights
* Current drivers licence
