About this Role
We seek an individual who shares our passion for delivering quality, service and award-winning living solutions for Australian families. This role is a support capacity to gain a fantastic understanding of the sales process and how to work with customers to choose a design and facade that works for them while growing your sales career.
Schedule: Thursday to Monday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Weekend work is mandatory. Candidates must be flexible to travel to multiple work locations and ideally reside in areas central to the Caloundra to Bridgeman Downs regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative assistance to new home advisors
* Working closely with land development sales offices and assisting with house and land packages
* Gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales Process, display centre operations, the Sales Plan and general business rules
* Maintaining the high standard of presentation of display centres and office sales
* Executing the prescribed display meet/greet requirements
* Providing top-class home demonstrations to customers
* Qualifying and managing lead activity and setting prospect appointments
* Exceeding customer service expectations by providing first-class experiences
* Supporting sales administration/documentation activity for the sales paperwork process
* Liaising with customers for all sales queries
