About the role:

Our firm has experienced strong, sustained growth over recent years. With this continued growth in mind, we are in a position to add a key member to our team to provide executive and administrative support to a number of our senior lawyers. The role is varied, including (but not limited to) responsibilities such as:

* general typing, drafting and amending of minor legal documents and letters;
* maintaining paper and electronic filing systems;
* assisting with bookings and preparation for meetings and conferences;
* answering internal and external calls in a professional manner;
* diary and email management; and
* providing day-to-day administrative support.
* formatting, proof reading and finalising of documentation;

This role will be suited to an experienced administration and executive support professional, or a legal secretary who enjoys an administrative role.

About you:

To be considered for this role you will ideally demonstrate;

* experience using the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
* a good understanding of practice management systems and processes (our firm uses Actionstep);
* the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
* the ability to prioritise urgency of work and competing deadlines;
* a flexible and adaptable approach to work;
* great communication skills (written & verbal);
* a high level of attention to detail;
* punctuality, reliability and dedication to producing high quality work;
* a friendly and helpful nature; and
* experience working within a professional services firm
