About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our Tarocash Central Coast Region.
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, sales, and customer service. This is a full-time position based in our Tarocash Central Coast Region.
What you'll be doing
* Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
* Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve store performance, and enhance the customer experience
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
* Collaborate with your area manager to identify and implement best practices
* Provide coaching and development opportunities for the store team
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a successful Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry
* Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse and interpret sales data to drive business performance
* Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a seamless in-store experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with Tarocash leaders.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with retail systems and technology, including point-of-sale and inventory management software
