This well-established residential builder has been operating for closer to 10 years, specialising in single-storey, double-storey, and renovation projects. Our beautiful showroom and office facility, centrally located, provide an inspiring environment for our team and clients alike. As a growing business, they are excited to offer a newly created role for a Draftsperson/Designer to join their small but dynamic team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
* Compile design briefs based on client input
* Produce working drawings and 3D renders using ArchiCAD software
* Collaborate with the Director on design tasks
* Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the design process
* Split role - 80% drafting & 20% design.

Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Draftsperson
* Must have previous experience in the residential building space
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD software
* Strong presentation skills and professional demeanour
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Attention to detail and a creative mindset
