As our company continues to expand, Lucy Homes and Commercial is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Finishing Foreman to join our team, working on a high-end apartment commercial project located in Glenelg.

About the Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of the finishing stages of construction, ensuring all works are completed to specification, program and high‐end quality standards through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate finishing trades onsite
* Oversee installation and completion of high-end finishes across apartments and common areas
* Interpret and implement FFE schedules, architectural drawings and project specifications
* Monitor and maintain high-quality workmanship standards
* Drive defect minimization and manage defect rectification processes
* Conduct quality assurance inspections prior to client and consultant walkthroughs
* Coordinate with site management to ensure program milestones and handover dates are achieved
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact quality, program or client satisfaction
* Maintain strong site organization across finishing stages
* Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures
* Liaise professionally with subcontractors, consultants and internal teams
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in a Finishing Foreman, Finishes Supervisor or similar role
* Strong experience delivering high-end high rise commercial apartments
* Strong understanding of construction finishing sequences and trade coordination
* High level ability to interpret drawings, specifications and FFE documentation
* Exceptional attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communication and leadership capability
* Ability to work autonomously and drive finishing programmes
Requirements
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Strong commitment to safety, quality and professionalism
