**Job Summary**
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, engaging in B2B telesales, and guiding potential clients through the sales process to convert them into customers. This role involves direct communication with leads, understanding their needs, presenting our services, and successfully closing contracts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage new clients.
- Develop tailored pitches and proposals to meet the specific needs of each potential client.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the agency.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery.
- Coordinate with project managers to align client expectations and project deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to refine business development strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within a marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing services and the ability to effectively communicate their value.
- Excellent telesales skills with a track record of successfully converting leads into clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Monday/Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media).
- Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
