**Position Information**:
The school has a professional staff, consisting of teachers, sporting coaches and administration personnel focussed on quality teaching and the use of technology to support academic, sporting and cultural aspirations of students. There is a continual focus on Higher School Certificate (HSC) performance including staff professional learning around high leverage strategies and best practice to develop both individual and group support programs. A focus on the development of effective writing strategies for students in the early years of our school will support their success in the HSC.
**Selection Criteria**:
1. Approval to teach Science 7-10, Biology and Chemistry.
2. Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills that facilitates collaboration within a large and cohesive team focused on achieving excellent Science results.
3. Current classroom experience focused on producing outstanding student achievement in Stage 6 Biology and Chemistry.
4. Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, deliver and evaluate differentiated teaching and learning programs that engage and challenge all students.
