We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our culinary team as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals.
* Develop and implement creative and innovative menus that showcase seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
* Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Mandatory Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' experience in a senior culinary leadership role.
* Certified Food Safety Manager (or willing to obtain).
