We are looking for a seasoned Event Coordinator to lead our Australian and New Zealand events strategy. As the key owner of the ANZ Activation Strategy, you will be responsible for planning and executing all Dometic brand activations, events, and experiences within the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive events calendar aligned with global brand strategy and ANZ segment marketing plan.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive awareness for the Dometic brand through engaging events and experiences.
* Identify and pursue new event sponsorship opportunities while managing existing partnerships.
* Take a hands-on approach to event production, working closely with logistics and supplier teams as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in event management, preferably in an agency environment.
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
* A high-level understanding of events, event management, communication, and relevant project management software systems.
* A passion for the outdoors lifestyle and activities, action sports, or similar.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders – both internal and external.
