Tech Lead (.Net/ReactJS/DevOps)

Job Description
Deliver end-to-end software engineering outcomes across cloud, application development, CI/CD, and operations within a DevOps-driven, product-centric model.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, deploy, and support cloud-native applications across AWS and Azure.
* Develop application components using .NET (backend) and ReactJS (frontend).
* Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cloud services.
* Build and operate CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated build, test, and release.
* Own testing, production support, and incident resolution in a DevOps model.
* Ensure adherence to design patterns, security, performance, and cost guidelines.
Mandatory Skills
* Hands‐on experience in AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
* Robust development skills in .NET and ReactJS.
* Experience with Terraform (IaC).
* Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
* Understanding of microservices and API‐first development.
* Experience in testing frameworks and DevOps practices.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with serverless (AWS Lambda / Azure Functions).
* Familiarity with testing tools (xUnit, NUnit, Jest, Cypress).
* Exposure to observability, logging, and monitoring tools.
* Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
