Tasks and Responsibilities:
* 120 ONLY properties in the portfolio
* Entries, exits, routines
* Arranging maintenance, issuing work orders
* Managing rent arrears
* Lease Renewals
* Insurance claims
* Owner/tenant liaison
* Leasing and application processing
Skills and Experience Required:
* A current QLD Certificate of Registration
* Property management experience MIN 12 months experience
* Current drivers license
* Punctuality & honesty
* A fresh approach to property management
* Property ME experience preferred but not essential
