Job Description: Property Coordinator
Effectively coordinate and oversee all tasks associated with maintaining residential investment properties and ensuring properties remain compliant with legislation. Additionally, excel in managing client relationships to facilitate the leasing and property management processes.

Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication skills are essential

* Previous experience in property is beneficial but not mandatory
* Outstanding networking capabilities
* Attention to detail in record keeping, compiling, and storage of correspondence
* Ability to adapt to multiple software applications
* A positive attitude geared towards achieving success
* Must be prepared to obtain your Certificate IV in Property Services
* Must hold a current Driving Licence and have a reliable vehicle
Position Details:
* Full-time position
* Office hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm, rostered Saturdays 9am-12pm
* Flexibility required
