Key Responsibilities
Strategies: Preparation of Structure Plans, Activity Centre Plans, Urban Design Frameworks / Guidelines, Neighbourhood Character Studies
Public Realm: Preparation of Master Plans, Landscape Master Plans, Streetscape Design Frameworks, Laneway Strategies, Parklets, Place Management, Public Realm Improvements
Design Advisory Panel:Management of the Shire's Design Advisory Panel, built on a similar model as the Victorian Design Review Panel
Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in urban design, architecture or a related field.
Post-graduate or other additional training in urban design, architecture, or landscape architecture will be highly regarded.
Direct experience in public realm / streetscape improvement projects, urban design frameworks / guidelines will be highly regarded.
Relevant experience in the field of urban design, heritage or architecture including demonstrated ability in the delivery of integrated outcomes.
