Our centre is a small, 57-place environment where we create a nurturing, inclusive and supportive setting for children aged Toddlers (15 months to 2.5 years), Pre-Kindy (2.5 years to 4 years) and Kindergarten (3.5 years to 5 years). Our diverse and experienced staff from Australia, India, the Philippines and the Torres Strait Islands make sure that every child feels valued in their learning experiences.
Job Overview
We are seeking an educator to become a vital part of our team. As a Goodstart Educator, you'll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives in their learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* To work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care services;
* To build strong relationships with children, families and other professionals;
* To contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs;
* To maintain a safe and healthy environment for children;
Required Skills and Qualifications
We require a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) as well as strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You must also hold a current QLD Working with Children Check.
