About the Role
Livigy Australia is seeking a Senior Strategy Lead to work directly with the CEO and Board to design and deliver a national strategy for expansion into the aged care sector.
The role focuses on both in-home aged care and residential aged care facilities, supporting Livigy's growth into new regulated markets through clear strategy, partnerships, and execution planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver Livigy's national aged care market entry and growth strategy
* Advise the CEO and Board on aged care funding models, regulation, and commercial structures
* Identify and secure strategic partnerships with aged care providers and operators
* Define value propositions for in-home and facility‐based aged care environments
* Support pilot programs and national rollout planning
* Prepare board‐level strategy papers, business cases, and progress reporting
Key Outcomes & KPIs (First 12–18 Months)
* A Board‐approved national aged care strategy (in‐home and residential)
* Execution roadmap covering partnerships, pilots, and national scale‐up
* Establishment of priority aged care partnerships or pilot deployments
* Clearly defined aged care product and service propositions
* Contribution to initial aged care revenue pipeline and contracted opportunities
About You
* Senior experience in strategy, market development, or growth roles within aged care, health, disability, or adjacent regulated sectors
* Strong understanding of Australian aged care funding and compliance frameworks
* Proven ability to translate strategy into executable, commercial plans
* Comfortable working directly with executive leadership and boards
* Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial judgement
Desirable
* Experience in technology-enabled care, assistive technology, or smart living solutions
* Exposure to national provider groups or multi‐site care operations
