Responsibilities
* Follow up on suspended accounts and return funds to merchants with incorrect bank details.
* Collect outstanding fees by negotiating mutually beneficial payment arrangements and finalising debt repayment.
* Oversee uncollected fees for external recovery and manage associated requirements.
* Process high volume write-offs in coordination with the Finance Team and reconcile accounts accordingly.
* Terminate accounts as needed and oversee the asset recovery lifecycle.
* Maintain up-to-date records on collections, write-offs, and terminations.
Qualifications
* Ability to manage large data in MS Excel.
* Experience in customer communication, case investigation, and issue resolution.
* Hands‐on experience with Salesforce, Backoffice, and Jira for case management and operations.
* Positive understanding of financial products and services.
