This role involves promoting and selling scooters & mobility products.
* Handle sales and product inquiries via phone calls, ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Coordinate equipment trials both internally and at client locations.
* Deliver outstanding customer service to showroom visitors, concluding sales as necessary.
* Follow up with customers to maintain contracts and foster long-term relationships.
* Ensure accurate recording of sales transactions and warranty records.
* Manage product details in databases and allocate assets to clients.
* Support the sales team during expos and events.
* Maintain showroom displays and stock control.
* Process stock purchase orders and undertake data entry tasks as required.
About This Role
* Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
* A current driver's licence is essential for sales activities.
* Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are desirable.
* Professional phone and customer relationship-building skills are a must.
* Highly organised with attention to detail.
