Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping Australians service their own businesses.
You will be responsible for managing high value transactions accurately, conducting and processing identity services transactions, and promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling activities.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our customers.
* Managing high value transactions accurately and securely.
* Conducting and processing identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews.
* Promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling activities.
* Assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
* Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
