Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled professional to provide application support services for our software business partner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Triage customer inquiries via phone and email, investigate issues using SQL, Linux troubleshooting, averaging APIs for data validation & issue resolution;
2. Support critical applications on-premises & cloud SaaS environments; liaise with customers using ITIL-aligned processes & SLAs;
-Provide level 1–2 application support within timely high-quality customer outcomes,
-Support commercial B2B experiences,
documenting experience in knowledge sharing workflows.
Besides these technical aspects: maintaining professionalism when communicating client concerns (following written updates) is essential. It's also crucial to keep service-oriented as you resolve incidents – fostering trust while assisting users relying on your expertise!
