About the Opportunity
As our Property Project Manager, you will provide expert Project Management skills to ensure that property projects are delivered in accordance with agreed time, cost, quality, and compliance. These include closures, fit‐outs, re‐configurations, and capital works. For example, plant equipment upgrades or replacements, compliance works, and complete review of building security.
Responsibilities
* Understand the principles and standards to which we uphold our building estate.
* Actively engage with stakeholders to analyse and understand stakeholder requirements and create a shared vision of success.
* Develop and document comprehensive Project Scope, Project Management Plans, and supporting information including work schedules, costs and budget, stakeholder analysis, communications and risk plans.
* Lead each project team and ensure achievement of project activities in line with the Project Management Plan.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.
* Proven pragmatic project manager.
* Ability to translate concepts to action.
* Able to influence stakeholders and work effectively across the organisation.
