The Role
Working alongside a results-oriented and highly dedicated leadership team within a newly refurbished, state-of-the-art showroom, you'll help drive our vision of defining and maintaining the exacting standards that BMW customers truly deserve. With a stacked range of new vehicle stock—including the BMW X series and M models—you'll service an untapped consumer market, generate fulfilling customer connections, and take advantage of an uncapped commission structure. You'll be tasked with proactively establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships while growing the dealership's customer base, and you'll be supported in meeting key sales targets within a growth-oriented team environment.
What We Need From You
Previous automotive sales experience (experience with prestige automotive brands will be looked upon favourably)
Strong customer service skills
A team first mentality coupled with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and time-management skills
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
A commitment to grow with the brand and company
Well-presented and charismatic with an understanding and appreciation for the luxury market
A pro-active, positive and professional approach to achieving sales objectives
A current driver's licence
