Water and Sewer Construction Supervisor (South)

This position is a permanent full-time role in the Water and Sewerage team, based at the Kianga Sewage Treatment Plant. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate water and sewer construction works, ensuring efficiency, high standards and compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.

The starting salary for this position is $2,762.05 per fortnight plus 12% superannuation.

About you

You hold a Certificate III in Water Operations (or an equivalent qualification) and bring extensive experience in water and sewer operations, maintenance, and construction. You are highly skilled in planning and organising resources to deliver efficient and high‑quality infrastructure projects. With proven leadership abilities, you foster a harmonious and productive team environment while ensuring safety and compliance. Your strong communication skills enable effective collaboration, and you are proficient in Word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems to support operational excellence.
