We are a multi-disciplined contractor with the in-house resources and the capabilities to deliver all aspects of our projects.We own and operate a large fleet of plant and equipment and employ a large, diverse workforce that has extensive experience delivering large and complex utilities and civil infrastructure projects.Ferrycarrig has made a significant contribution to some of Sydney's largest and most significant infrastructure projects delivered in recent years, including Sydney Light Rail, Parramatta Light Rail, Sydney Metro, Western Sydney Airport, and the New Sydney Fish Markets.What You Will Be DoingOn a daily basis you will be responsible for the delivery of utility projects across the water & sewer sector.Working with the project teams directly delivering the projects ensuring that all resources are utilised effectively and that a safe system of work is maintained on site.Planning project execution daily with the project teams, ensuring that the program and contract requirements are met.Ensure key project deliverables of cost, time and quality are met.Resolve technical, commercial and scheduling issues.Build relationships with other staff in the company and with the client teams.Is this job for meBe degree qualified in Civil EngineeringYou need to have at least 5 years of working experience in construction with a minimum of 2 years' experience working on Water & Sewer Infrastructure projects.Effective time management, problem-solving, analytical thinking, organisational and communication, leadership and negotiation skills.Demonstrate skillset in stakeholder management and have managed a large team in terms of project delivery.In return from FerrycarrigExcellent salary package on offerFully expensed company vehicleGet involved with large and high-profile civil infrastructure projects in Sydney.Work with a progressive, and fast-growing business that rewards initiative.Opportunities for progression and professional development with ongoing training and support.Join a friendly and supportive team environment with a sense of community.Our Core Values:At Ferrycarrig, we take our core values to heart.
