The building was formerly a popular cinema, opened in 1911, reflecting its rich history throughout the guest experience.
The hotel has 109 rooms across six floors and features event and meeting spaces, a Levantine restaurant, a street café, and a rooftop bar with a view of the Sydney City Skyline.

COME AS YOU ARE & SHOW US YOUR VISION … With many guests, parties, and events throughout the hotel, your goal is to give 25hours a face in the city and represent the hotel on the market.
You will maintain close contact with customers to ensure the hotel is always full and lively.
We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead the sales, event, and marketing team.
Responsibilities include: Finding nomads, daydreamers, adventurers, and night owls seeking a change from the hotel norm, and selling out our beds, restaurant tables, or event spaces daily.
Attracting partners at global travel exhibitions with our edgy appeal and new look in the Sydney hotel market.
Recruiting a team of energetic, creative individuals and leading by example with enthusiasm and clear goals.
Building unique partnerships and collaborations within the community to create business opportunities aligned with our brand vision.
Managing the PNL, understanding our brand and business, and turning actions into bottom-line success.
Engaging with bloggers, vloggers, Instagram influencers, social media, and digital marketing.
Fostering a collaborative environment where team members share ideas for the benefit of the hotel and community.
Qualifications include: Pre-opening experience is advantageous.
Experience in Australia, preferably in Sydney, within a lifestyle or premium hotel brand.
Knowledge of MICE, international and domestic source markets, OTAs, and Tour Operators.
A passion for hotels, community, design, art, food & beverage, and familiarity with Sydney's nightlife and concepts.
