The Coffs Harbour Regional Conservatorium is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator to support the promotion of our programs, events, and activities across digital platforms.
This casual role offers flexible hours that can be negotiated to an individual. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong interest in the arts, community engagement and creativity to promote social engagement to promote the Conservatorium activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms
* Promote concerts, events, educational programs, and initiatives
* Capture and edit basic photo and video content
* Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments where appropriate
* Maintain a consistent brand voice in line with organisational guidelines
Selection Criteria:
* Demonstrated experience across social media platforms
* Strong written communication skills
* Ability to create engaging digital content
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Experience using content creation and scheduling tools
* An interest in music, arts, or community organisations is highly regarded
