You'll work closely with our senior consultants and clients, ensuring robust environmental outcomes and regulatory compliance.What You'll Be DoingProviding statutory and non-statutory contaminated land auditing under QLD and/or NSW frameworksReviewing and certifying PSIs, DSIs, RAPs and validation reportsAdvising clients, regulators and project teams on compliance, strategy and site outcomesSupporting and mentoring internal consultants and external stakeholdersEngaging in technical leadership, peer review and cross-disciplinary collaborationHelping shape Epic's site assessment and remediation services nationallyWhat You'll NeedCurrent QLD and/or NSW Site Auditor accreditation (dual is ideal, but not essential)Strong track record across complex site assessments and remediation projectsExcellent understanding of NEPM, state guidelines and legislative frameworksAbility to balance independence with collaborationA genuine interest in mentoring and lifting technical capabilityExceptional communication, leadership and client engagement skillsWhat's in It for You Work from Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne — or hybrid from anywhere in QLD, NSW or VICCompetitive remuneration + performance incentivesThe autonomy to lead projects your way — without bureaucracySupport from a national team of high-performing contaminated land specialistsA collaborative, values-driven culture that supports flexibility and trustOpportunities to help shape the future of contaminated land consulting in Australia?
