The Specialty Products & Platforms crew looks after our specialty products and experiences with an aim to empower Australia to achieve home ownership with innovative products and pathways. As part of this, we look after a wide range of products and solutions from sustainability tools to government schemes and innovative low deposit solutions. The High LVR Offers Squad empowers more Australians to achieve homeownership through innovative low deposit solutions. We tackle housing affordability challenges with market-leading products, and strategic partnerships. Do work that matters The Product & Solution Management Chapter is committed to the learning, development and growth of Chapter members. You will report directly to the Chapter Area Lead, Product & Solution Management, and have a dotted line reporting relationship with the Product Owner, High LVR Offers Enhance and deliver the home buying low deposit strategy and roadmap Work with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver market leading customer experiences for home ownership Understand and manage the low deposit solutions and pathways for the home buying portfolio Lead 6-8 product managers across the Value Stream Develop product management capability and coach chapter members to reach their potential, directly influencing the performance and career outcomes of your chapter members. Contribute to and influence outcomes for the Home Buying Chapter Area as a member of the product chapter leadership team More specifically, you will: Lead and execute multiple prioritised initiatives to achieve business outcomes Use a data-driven and collaborative approach to identify and deliver initiatives that search for and then solve business problems Work with a broad range of stakeholders, across and beyond the domain to identify opportunities for innovation, sustainable growth and long-term value within defined risk appetite Work collaboratively with broader domains to identify opportunities to engage, educate and simplify experiences for our customers Apply Business Acumen, Leadership, Change Management and Project Management experience to determine optimal approach in project execution Lead 6-8 Chapter members, including recruitment, development and coaching to realise their full potential. Drive and uplift product management capabilities and skillset for the Product and Solution Management Chapter.
