Machine Operator Positions
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our busy food manufacturing team.
* This role involves leading a production workforce and motivating them to achieve daily targets.
* You will be responsible for training new staff, organizing tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.
* Coordinate changeovers, line setups, and production transitions while promoting good manufacturing practices (GMP).
* Report any production issues to supervisors and maintenance teams promptly.
* Demonstrate computer operation skills and handle raw and cooked meat products safely.
To succeed in this position, you must have:
* At least 2 years of experience working in a food manufacturing environment.
* A background in supervising or managing production teams is highly desirable.
* Prior knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles is essential.
* Flexibility to work afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday, starting at 2 pm.
* Strong reliability and work ethic.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel software.
