Earthbanc is an AI-driven software company that works with startups, technology companies, corporations, agribusiness, asset managers, financial institutions, governments and a variety of technical contractors. We solve complex problems by enabling real time analysis, AI-augmented predictive analytics, measurement, monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV). Our software and services are utilised in use cases including software development, AI model and agent training, data annotation, vegetation analysis, forestry, agriculture, carbon removal, supply chains, transport, manufacturing, energy and a variety of assets.

Who and what are we looking for?

We're building a new AI-native software product with the potential for rapid, viral adoption — think vibe coding-style traction mechanics applied to our domain. We need a Head of Growth who can drive self-serve user acquisition at scale and build the audience, content engine, and viral mechanics that compound over time.

Your primary mandate: B2C / product-led, self-serve growth. You'll own end-to-end acquisition for our self-serve product — from first impression to self-registered, paying user. That means building audience on Reddit, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Instagram; running influencer and affiliate programs; producing AI-generated short-form video and faceless YouTube content at volume; designing self-serve funnels with viral loops and retention hooks baked in; and orchestrating AI agents and automation so the engine runs around the clock.

Your secondary mandate: support enterprise lead generation. We have a VP of Sales running B2B conversion through inbound today. As we scale, you'll partner with them to stand up outbound channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ABM-style campaigns, email sequences) that feed qualified accounts into the BD team. The BD team owns enterprise conversion — you help fill the top of their funnel.

This is a builder's role for an AI-native marketer. You'll start hands-on, prove the channels, then scale the team behind them, and if your ambition is to lead a world class team you scale up yourself - there is huge potential for personal and professional growth.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

* Own and execute the company's end-to-end growth strategy, setting ambitious targets across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR) and driving accountability against them.
* Design, build, and continuously optimise multi-channel sales funnels with strong conversion mechanics, retention hooks, and viral growth loops baked in from the outset.
* Lead growth hacking campaigns across relevant social media platforms, identifying and exploiting channel-specific opportunities for rapid audience and pipeline growth.
* Run community-led growth campaigns where our audience lives — YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, GitHub, open source, and developer communities — building authentic engagement and converting organic reach into measurable sign-ups
* Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships across relevant platforms, briefing creators effectively, negotiating commercial terms, and measuring campaign ROI with rigour.
* Manage paid ad budgets across channels with disciplined CAC/LTV awareness
* Build, launch, and optimise affiliate revenue programmes — structuring commission models, onboarding affiliate partners, and scaling affiliate-driven revenue as a sustainable channel (advantageous but not required).
* Turn existing product brochures and demo videos into snippets of content using AI tools — faceless YouTube videos, short-form video, social posts, ad creatives, email sequences, landing page copy — and auto-schedule across channels with pre-prepared hooks and CTAs that convert at scale
* Build and grow the company's social media channels organically and through paid amplification, establishing a distinctive brand voice and a loyal, engaged audience that converts.
* Report growth metrics, channel performance, and funnel health to executive leadership, translating data into clear narrative and actionable recommendations.
* On the B2B side over time, execute LinkedIn Navigator-based outbound prospecting and account-based marketing campaigns, leveraging advanced segmentation and personalisation to generate qualified sales pipeline at scale.

Required Capability

* Proven track record of driving significant, measurable user or revenue growth in a self-serve digital business — SaaS, digital products, or e-commerce/e-services
* Deep expertise in growth hacking methodology: funnel architecture, conversion rate optimisation, viral loop design, retention engineering, and rapid experimentation frameworks.
* Deep expertise in creating sales funnels from scratch or reusing existing sales funnels and adapting them quickly, along with the entire customer journey touch points to keep momentum and ensure efficient conversion to ideally SaaS products (digital products, ecommerce e-services are also eligible experience).
* Demonstrated ability to run successful Reddit growth or community engagement campaigns, with a nuanced understanding of YouTube, X and Reddit culture, subreddit dynamics, and how to generate commercial outcomes.
* Strong command of major social media platforms, including both organic growth strategies and paid amplification.
* Track record of building a significant audience on at least one of YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok, — with proof points of conversion, not just follower count
* Experience managing paid ad budgets across channels with strong CAC/LTV discipline
* Experience sourcing, briefing, and managing influencer marketing campaigns, including performance measurement and commercial negotiation.
* Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, commission structures, and partner recruitment strategies (highly regarded but not essential).
* Poweruser of one or more of the following: Slack, Notion, email list subscriptions, major graphics packages including Canva, and Adobe Photoshop/ Creative.
* Proficiency with AI-powered content creation tools for video, copywriting, image generation, and content automation — able to produce compelling marketing assets at scale and speed.
* Experience or ability to rapidly become deeply familiar with developer relations or developer-led marketing is a plus, including familiarity with GitHub and open source ecosystems to engage and convert developers into users and prospects.
* Strong analytical capability: comfortable with growth dashboards, attribution modelling, cohort analysis, and interpreting data to make fast, high-quality decisions.
* Creative and strategic thinker who can generate novel growth ideas and also stress-test them analytically before committing resources including running A/B tests where appropriate.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
* Adaptability to quickly shift focus based on changing priorities
* Flexibility regarding start and end times to accommodate global collaboration

* This role is full-time with flexible hours.
* We support remote work but are moving to about half-time in offices to encourage in-person collaboration and teamwork where feasible pending location. This role would be required to work from a Gold Coast (Robina), QLD office at least 3 days per week.
