Sell internationally known software solutions and take over a profitable and mature region. Utilize technical product knowledge to drive sales and answer customer product queries within the ACT and Southern NSW area.
This global software business distributes technology solutions to Heavy and Highway Construction, Landfill, and Marine contractors who are on the hunt for their next Sales representative.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for managing and liaising with customers in the region, utilising technical product knowledge to drive sales and profit growth through strategic planning and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and liaise with a portfolio of customers
* Utilise technical product knowledge to drive sales and profit growth
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Provide expert technical product advice and recommendations to stakeholders
* Collaborate with operations and sales teams to develop strategies and plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Deep understanding of the construction industry
* Experience in a client-facing role with strong account management skills
* Flexibility to travel throughout NSW region
* Current Australian drivers license
