* Cash Handling & Reconciliation: Accurately process high-volume transactions while maintaining integrity.
* Food Management & Supervision: Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met.
* Site Hygiene & Presentation: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and compliant workplace environment.
* Performance & KPI's: Drive results by meeting performance indicators.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in retail or hospitality management.
* Excellent communication – both written and verbal.
* Solid computer literacy and comfort with technology tools.
* Physical ability to lift up to 20kgs.
* A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
* Food Safety Certification – desirable.
